Diptychs of Champaign County
In January of 2023, I started creating weekly diptychs with other female photographers from around the globe to grow as an artist. A few weeks into the project, a pattern emerged. I noticed I was photographing meaningful places in and around Champaign County, which is where I call home. Sometimes, the pair of images tells a more complete story and other times, they are completely separate in their location, but the details in them speak directly to one another.
